There have already been
at least four class actions filed against Pilot Flying J for allegedly scamming
trucking companies out of refunds on fuel. Jimmy Haslam, the President of the
company, and now current owner of the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, is in a lot of
hot water on this one. Sadly, some of
the companies that were defrauded were targeted because they were Hispanic-owned
and could not communicate in English well enough to comprehend what occurred.
